Cam & Minty – Wedding at the Duck Bay Marina & Hotel, Loch Lomond

Congratulations to Cam & Minty who got married at Duck Bay, Loch Lomond. The hotel enjoys unrivalled views of the Loch and Ben Lomond, with its magnificent terrace areas also served by the unique “Jetty Bar” along with boutique and gift shop. It was a great joy photographing your day at such a unique venue.

The wedding itself was also unique with a blend of Scottish & Indian flavour, with both Cam & Minty looking charming. Just before the service the sun came out at which point the flower girl stood up and delivered a beautiful solo song, after which there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Everyone however then got a laugh as the gold rings tied to the pillow had been tied too tight and took a ‘little bit’ of releasing.

After the service the Jetty was available for photographs, having been set-up the previous day. The bride & groom had made ‘treasure boxes’ for all the bridesmaids and it was a joy to see them being opened. The men in the wedding party had had special lapel pins made which symbolised past loved ones that couldn’t be there for the occasion.

A Scottish piper together with Indian drummer continued the celebratory day, leading the party into the late hours of the night.
